Please arrive 20 minutes early so that we can start promptly at your heat time!
Heat 1: 9am - 18+ only
Heat 2: 9:30am - all ages welcome - modifications for those who need it
Heat 3: 10am - all ages welcome - modifications for those who need it
Heat 4: 10:30am - half Murph
Prizes for overall best time for women, men, and kids!
Stay after for a BYO picnic and award ceremony!
